Universal Mailing Services, Inc. and Direct Mail Depot, Inc. Announce Their Strategic Merger Under Redstone Print and Mail to Create a Next-Generation Customer Communications Company

Universal Mailing Services, Inc., and Direct Mail Depot, Inc., leaders in data-driven customer communications, production mail solutions, and postal logistics, today announced that they have merged under Redstone Print & Mail. Combined with Redstone’s mail production and postal logistics capabilities in Baltimore, MD, Dallas, TX, and Sacramento, CA, the merger creates one of the industry’s most comprehensive providers of intelligent customer communications in the US.

The merger combines decades of expertise in data management, marketing strategy, digital print production, postal optimization, logistics, and emerging communication technologies into a single organization focused on helping businesses improve customer engagement while reducing overall communication costs.

The merger became effective on August 1, 2026.
